Dear Parents/Guardians,

We would like to thank all those families who contributed to our acts of social justice.  Your support has helped to make a difference in someone’s Christmas season.  Also, we would like to thank the Archbishop O’Leary Student’s Union who volunteered their time and shared some Christmas activities with our Kindergarten to grade three students.

During the month of January we take advantage of the New Year and the opportunities to discuss resolutions.  We invite the students to refocus on their learning and to consider setting new goals as we look ahead to the final six months of school.

We ask both parents and students to recommit to reading on a nightly basis as reading is the one single act that can have a wide reaching impact on our students’ achievement across all subject areas.
